What to Bring to Your Meeting

We recommend that you bring the following to your initial meeting with Amy:

1. Expense sheet (Click here for example)


2. Complete list of assets and liabilities 


3. Employee benefits manual(s) or statement


4. Savings and/or checking account statements 


5. Investment account statements


6. Copy of last year's tax return


7. Paycheck stubs for last month

8. Personal retirement account statements and information ( IRA's, 401(k)'s, Pensions, etc.)


9. Social Security statement(s)


10. Insurance policies/statements (Life, Disability, Long Term Care, Homeowners, Personal Liability, Auto)


11. Copy of will, estate plans and/or trusts 


12. List of any expected cash windfalls (Inheritance, gifts, royalties, bonuses, etc.)
