Do I have to register for online access to enable e-Delivery?

Unfortunately, yes. We are unable to register you for e-Delivery on your behalf. However, if you need any assistance in navigating the registration process, our team is available to schedule a time to walk you through the steps!

Do I have to switch all of my mail to e-Delivery?

No! Account View allows you to personalize your mailing preferences separately for Account Statements, Tax Forms, and Additional Documents (Trade Confirmations, Prospectus & Shareholder Communications, and Notices for all LPL Accounts).

How do I get access to the Mobile App?

After you’ve received the activation email and set your password, you can download the LPL Account View mobile app through the App Store and login with your email address and password. You’ll get a text message with a code to register the app the first time you log in.
