Help! I can't login into my account! What is my username?

This is usually the root of people's login issues; you do not have an actual username. Your username is always going to be your e-mail address associated with your account. If you need help identifying which e-mail is attached to your account, you can e-mail us at clientcare@mavenlanefinancial.com.

How do I get access to Account View 2.0 login?

Download these instructions on setting up your new account. You can set up and log in to your account at https://myaccountviewonline.com/login/. Contact us at clientcare@mavenlanefinancial.com with any questions.

How do I set up e-Delivery?

In order to set up e-Delivery, you will first need to set up your Account View 2.0 portal. Once this has been done, please refer to this document for instructions on setting up your accounts for e-Delivery.

How do I get access to the mobile app?

After you’ve received the activation email and set your password you can download the LPL Account View mobile app and login with your email address and password. You’ll get a text message with a code to register the app the first time you log in. 

How do I reset my Account View 2.0 password?

Use the "Forgot Password" link from the mobile app or desktop platform.

How current is the account information?

During market hours, prices and values update every 20 minutes. Intraday transaction information may take up to an hour to appear in Account View 2.0.
